Muslim women are licensed to have breakfast in Ramadan during Menstruation and Postpartum Bleeding. During those days, they lose an amount of blood and become feeble, so breakfast until those days wear on and compensate for those days later.
It was narrated from Muadhah Al-Adawiyyah that a woman asked ‘Aishah: “Should a menstruating woman make up the prayers when she becomes pure?” she said: “Are you Haruri? We used to menstruate at the time of the Messenger of Allah, then we would become pure. He told us to make up the fast, but he did not tell us to make up the prayers.”
Masturbation is a sin in either Ramadan or any month, and it’s among the deeds that invalidate fasting, and it requires fasting a day for atoning for this act.
Sex is forbidden on the day of Ramadan But permissible at night as Allah SWT said in Quran: Permitted to you, on the night of the fasts, is the approach to your wives” (Albaqra, 187).

Anas reported God’s messenger as saying, “Take a meal a little before dawn, for there is a blessing in taking a meal at that time.”
It’s a sunna from the prophet Mohamed to breakfasting in Maghrib(Nowadays, Muslims breakfast before Sun prayer (immediately after listening call for prayer).
It’s narrated the Prophet (ﷺ) said: my nation is still alright as long as they hasten to breakfast and postpones suhoor.
Among Ramadan rules for eating is to eat dates before anything.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to break his Saum (fasting) before performing Maghrib prayer with three fresh dates; if there were no fresh date- fruits, he would eat three dry dates; and if there were no dry date- fruits; he would take three draughts of water. (Source: At- Tirmidhi)
The Prophet of Allah (ﷺ) used to say when he broke his fast: O Allah, for Thee I have fasted, and with Thy provision, I have broken my fast. (source: Sunan Abi Dawud)

children often love to imitate their parents, and they might insist on fasting all the month so that You can teach them Ramadan rules, following simple steps.
2. Encourage him/her to share a Suahur meal with you each day (even if he isn’t fasting)
3. Stimulate him to fast gradually in exchange for a small gift. For the first week, he can fast till Noon. In the second week, upgrade this period to the afternoon, and follow up with him until he can fast from dusk to the Maghreb.

5. Don’t allow your son to fast in the hot, unbearable days since it can make him/her hydrated.
