Allah, SWT has mentioned the signs of laylatul qadr in surah Qadar in Quran, saying

Indeed, We sent the Qur’an down during the Night of Decree. And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree? The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months. The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter. Peace is until the emergence of dawn.

Also he said in surah Ad-Dukhan:

Indeed, We sent it down on a blessed night,1 for We always warn ˹against evil˺. On that night every matter of wisdom is ordained

In this article, you’ll know the physical signs of laylatul qadr underpinned with evidence from the Quran and Sunna.

2. It’s in The Ten Last Days

‘A’isha reported God’s messenger as saying, “Seek lailat al-qadr on an old number night among the last ten in Ramadan.”

‘A’isha reported God’s messenger as saying, “Seek lailat al-qadr on an old number night among the last ten in Ramadan.”

Bukhari transmitted it.

Some people think it shall be on the odd nights like 21th, and 23rd but they forget it can be on the other days like 22th and 24 days. And we can conclude that from signs of laylatul qadr hadith

1.`Umar said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever among you is seeking Lailatul Qadr, let him seek it in the odd-numbered nights of the last ten days of Ramadan.`

2. Abu Bakra said he heard God’s messenger say, “Seek it (meaning lailat al-qadr), on the twenty-first, twenty-third, twenty-fifth, twenty-seventh, or the last night.”

So, from the second hadith, we can conclude that it can be the last night of Ramadan, so it can be on the 30th night. Who knows?

It’s better to pray to god and provide your prayer all night so Allah will reward you for your good deeds and pure intention.

Itikaf means a period of isolation, usually in a masjid ( Mosques) and it aims to reconnect with god alone and derive the energy from him as the uttermost source of everything.
