Allah promises the penitent Muslims abundance in the rain, lushness, wealth, and children. Allah, SWT said in Surah Nuh

1.Glory is to You, O Allah, and praise is to You. I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but You. I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You (Hisn al-Muslim)
اللّهم يا حيّ يا قيّوم، يا ذا الجلال والإكرام، اغفر لي ذنبي، واعفُ عن خطيئتي، وارحمني إنك أرحم الراحمين.
2.O Allah , separate me from my sins as You have separated the East from the West. O Allah, cleanse me of my transgressions as the white garment is cleansed of stains . O Allah , wash away my sins with ice and water and frost.
اللَّهُمَّ بَاعِدْ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ خَطَايَايَ كَمَا بَاعَدْتَ بَيْنَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ، اللَّهُمَّ نَقِّنِي مِنْ خَطَايَايَ، كَمَا يُنَقَّى الثَّوْبُ الْأَ بْيَضُ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ، اللَّهُمَّ اغْسِلْنِي مِنْ خَطَايَايَ بِالثَّلْجِ وَالْمَاءِ وَالْبَرَدِ

Abu Sa’id reported prophet muhammad saying that if anyone says three times when going to bed, “I ask the forgiveness of God than whom there is no god, the Living, the Eternal, and I turn in repentance to Him,” God will forgive him his sins, even if they are like the foam of the sea

للهمَّ أنت ربي، وأنا عبدُك، لا إله إلا أنت، خلقْتَني وأنا عبدك، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أعوذ بكَ مِن شر ما صنعتُ، أبوء لك بنِعمتك عليَّ، وأبوء لك بذُنوبي، فاغفرْ لي، إنَّه لا يغفِرُ الذنوب إلا أنت”

“لا إله إلا أنت سبحانك إني كنت من الظالمين

O God, I seek Your forgiveness for every sin I have stepped into with my feet, or extended my hand to, or contemplated it with my eyes, or listened to it with my ear, or uttered it with my tongue, and I asked you for the provision and you answered despite my obedience and concealed my sins from the eyes of people. I asked you for more and you gave me and still treat me kindly you are the most generous.
اللهمّ إنّي أستغفرك لكلّ ذنب خطوت إليه برجلي، أو مددت إليه يدي أو تأمّلته ببصري، أو أصغيت إليه بأذني، أو نطق به لساني، أو أتلفت فيه ما رزقتني ثمّ أسترزقتك على عصياني فرزقتني، ثمّ أستعنت برزقك على عصيانك فسترته عليّ، وسألتك الزّيادة فلم تحرمني ولا تزال عائدًا عليّ بحلمك وإحسانك يا أكرم الأكرمين
Ibn ‘Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) said:
We counted Messenger’s saying a hundred times during one single sitting: Rabb- ighfir li, wa tubb ‘alayya, innaka Antat-Tawwabur-Rahim. (My Rubb! Forgive me and pardon me. Indeed, You are the Oft-Returning with compassion and Ever Merciful.”
وعن بن عمر رضي الله عنه قال: كنا نعد لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في المجلس الواحد مائة مرة: “رب اغفر لي، وتب على إنك أنت التواب الرحيم” ((رواه أبوداود والترمذي)).
Allah knows that people would commit sins, so he urges us to do good deeds and seek Allah’s forgiveness.
“Our Lord! We have believed, so forgive our sins and protect us from the torment of the Fire

2.رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَإِسْرَافَنَا فِي أَمْرِنَا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ سورة آل عمران، 147
Our Lord! We have heard the caller1 to ˹true˺ belief, ˹proclaiming,˺ ‘Believe in your Lord ˹alone˺,’ so we believed. Our Lord! Forgive our sins, absolve us of our misdeeds, and allow us ˹each˺ to die as one of the virtuous.
3.إنَا إِنَّنَا سَمِعْنَا مُنَادِيًا يُنَادِي لِلْإِيمَانِ أَنْ آمِنُوا بِرَبِّكُمْ فَآمَنَّا رَبَّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّئَاتِنَا وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ الْأَبْرَارِ

3. Apply the three conditions for repentance
All forgive all the sins even if they’re major as he said in Quran
Say, ˹O Prophet, that Allah says,˺ “O My servants who have transgressed the limits against their souls! Do not lose hope in Allah’s mercy, for Allah forgives all sins. He is indeed the All-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surah al-Zumar, 53)
قل يا عبادي الذين أسرفوا على أنفسهم لا تقنطوا من رحمة الله إن الله يغفر الذنوب جميعا إنه هو الغفور الرحيم سورة الزمر، 53
But don’t commit sins, thinking that Allah will forgive me as you can fall dead at one moment, and then, regret and repentance will have no value. Besides, repeating mistakes forms a thick layer on your heart that isolates your soul to respond to Allah’s teachings and makes you all-time distressed.

There’re many dua for the forgiveness of all sins
« ربنا لا تؤاخذنا إن نسينا أو أخطأنا، ربنا ولا تحمل علينا أصرًا كما حملته على الذين من قبلنا، ربنا ولا تحملنا ما لا طاقة لنا به، وأعف عنا وأغفر لنا وأرحمنا، أنت مولانا فانصرنا على القوم الكافرين».
“Our Lord! Do not punish us if we forget or make a mistake. Our Lord! Do not place a burden on us like the one you placed on those before us. Our Lord! Do not burden us with what we cannot bear. Pardon us, forgive us, and have mercy on us. You are our ˹only˺ Guardian. So grant us victory over the disbelieving people.”
If he was pious then increase his rewards and if he was a transgressor then pardon him.
اللهم إن كان محسنًا فزِد في حسناته، وإن كان مسيئًا فتجاوز عنه
O Living and Everlasting One, Owner of majesty and honor. forgive me sins, and pardon my wrong deeds, and encompass me with your whole mercy. You are the most merciful.
Many Quranic verses talk about repentance and Astaghfaar in surahs: Al-Nasaa, Al Imran, Ibrahim, Baqarah, Tehreem, Yunus, Al’Araf, etc.

And seek your Lord’s forgiveness and turn to Him in repentance. He will grant you a good provision for an appointed term and graciously reward the doers of good. But if you turn away, then I truly fear for you the torment of a formidable Day. (Surah Hud, 3)
وَأَنِ اسْتَغْفِرُوا رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوبُوا إِلَيْهِ يُمَتِّعْكُمْ مَتَاعًا حَسَنًا إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى وَيُؤْتِ كُلَّ ذِي فَضْلٍ فَضْلَهُ وَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَإِنِّي أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ كَبِيرٍ ﴾ [هود: 3]
Your Lord for those who do evil (commit sins and are disobedient to Allah) in ignorance and afterward repent and do righteous deeds, verily, your Lord thereafter, (to such) is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful
ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لِلَّذِينَ عَمِلُوا السُّوءَ بِجَهَالَةٍ ثُمَّ تَابُوا مِنْ بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوا إِنَّ رَبَّكَ مِنْ بَعْدِهَا لَغَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ سوة النحل، 119

وعنها قالت: قلت: يا رسول الله أرأيت إن علمت أي ليلة القدر ما أقول فيها؟ قال: “قولي: اللهم إنك عفو تحب العفو فاعفُ عني” ((رواه الترمذي
